Professional Services - Chronosphere Quick Start

Chronosphere offers a Quick Start  professional services program that provides added benefits for a near-seamless migration and includes:

Program management: Detailed migration and onboarding assistance led by a Technical Program Manager

Data Ingestion:

  • Customers using Datadog, Wavefront, or Splunk can migrate without having to reinstrument your services
  • Customer using New Relic, Dynatrace, or other APM solutions, we will help you instrument for open source data collection (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry)

Asset migration: Automated tooling to rapidly migrate dashboards and alerts from Datadog, SignalFX, and Wavefront formats (more coming soon)

Enablement: Troubleshooting guides and enablement docs to help customer teams fine tune the dashboards and alerts, and validate them

Ongoing validation and testing: Extended partner ecosystem for migration assistance and validation
