Third-Party Subprocessors

To support the delivery of our services, Chronosphere, Inc. may engage and use third-party processors with access to certain Customer Personal Data (each, a “Subprocessor”). This page provides important information about the identity, location, and role of each Subprocessor.

Chronosphere utilizes third-party Subprocessors to provide infrastructure services and assist with customer support. Prior to engaging any Subprocessor, we conduct a comprehensive due diligence process to evaluate their privacy, security, and confidentiality practices. This relationship is formalized through an agreement that ensures compliance with our applicable obligations. Additionally, we perform annual compliance reviews of our Subprocessors. When a Subprocessor engagement involves the cross-border transfer of Customer Personal Data, Chronosphere carries out Transfer Impact Assessments in line with applicable data protection laws.

Updates: As our business grows and evolves, the Subprocessors we engage may also change. We will endeavor to provide the owner of the customer’s account with notice of any new Subprocessors to the extent required under the Agreement, along with posting such updates here.
